Oh my goodness, eating clean can be good! My husband just went to McDonalds to get a McFlurry. Yes, I resisted. I was pretty bummed about it until I decided to make my own CLEAN dessert.
Here is what I used, in layering order: Plain Greek yogurt (100), 1/2 banana, sliced (55), few blueberries (20), almonds (100), spoonful or two of uncooked oatmeal flakes (30), very thin drizzle of honey over entire thing (?)...YUMMY! Worth every healthy calorie.

OH I LOVE putting uncooked oats in my yogurt! I need to try one of these ASAP.
