Good morning my dear blog friends,
Its been too long! I needed a little break from blogging. But that doesn't mean I haven't been keeping up with many of your blogs. =) I am back for a 30 day challenge! In 1 month the hubbie and I are going on a much needed vacation and I need to step it up a notch.
We are going to California. The hubbie hasn't been and I was there 12 years ago for tennis camp in Stanford. I remember the weather being AMAZING and the scenery wonderful. We are going to spend 4 or so days in the Monterey/Big Sur area (and maybe a day in Napa) and then heading over to the Yosemite area for 4 days. If you have any tips/suggestions they would be much appreciated!
Ok, before I continue I am sure you are just dying to know....Have I kept up my Body-for-Life body?????? (I know you are on the edge of your seats, haha). Yes and no. I have kept up with my workouts so I do not think I have lost much muscle mass, if any. But then again I have not seen much improvement in muscle mass either (bad, bad girl). I am not as lean as I was. Come on people, a girl can only eat so much 1% no-salt cottage cheese before she if on the verge of insanity. So basically I have gained back a few pounds. But summertime is quickly approaching and I need to get back into that red bikini. =)
So for 30 days I am getting back into the zone. I am going to add a few new workouts to my routine and change it up a bit. I plan on posting my workouts and diet plan. Maybe post some new outfits and keep you updated in the home decor blogging that I always promise and somehow always neglect.
Well, I got a bit of a late start this morning so I off for a quick jog before I have to shower for work.
