I highly recommend the Eat Clean Diet Cookbook by Tosca Reno. I use it all the time, super simple and the food tastes amazing.

Ditto the greek yogurt -- it's great.Courtneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12015050942931238087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850455513352681643.post-88176254115794990632009-05-10T07:49:00.000-07:002009-05-10T07:49:00.000-07:00for the first few months of eating clean, i didn't...for the first few months of eating clean, i didn't eat dairy, however i have started to eat a little bit of greek yogurt and as far as ive noticed it hasn't hindered the AMAZING effects that clean eating has had on my life. If you can get through the first two weeks, you will never want to go back to any other way of eating. You will just feel amazing.Nerd Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06028282620116189957noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850455513352681643.post-80483103342429653742009-05-10T05:39:00.000-07:002009-05-10T05:39:00.000-07:00I am no expert but for the last 4 months have been...I am no expert but for the last 4 months have been trying to eat cleaner... not completely clean but my livable version of it. I would definitely think milk, cottage cheese, and yogurt would be clean. I don't think they're overly processed and people have been enjoying those for hundreds of years. That's one of my mental tests when I'm unsure... would my grandmother or great-grandmother have access to this food? Perhaps Tosca would have a different opinion but we do need dairy in our diet.Meredithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14853999020050748441noreply@blogger.com
